@lindsaykwardell thx! Seeing “Followers from other servers are not displayed” when checking “Followers” on elmweekly for example makes me a bit sad. Is there a way to see a list of their followers somehow? #fediverse #noob

@jfmengels On mastodon.social at least, you can turn on an advanced interface , then subscribe to a particular hashtag that way.

@jfmengels @lindsaykwardell It seems you can do this without advanced view on Mastodon 4.0.
Search for the tag, then there should be a follow icon on the top right (next to the "Back" button).

@jfmengels @lindsaykwardell bummer. I suspect it will be upgraded soon. My mastodon provider became much faster after the upgrade.
